PUMA WAL LAUNCH & CAU HOMECOMING

THE DETAILS MATTER

PUMA aimed to create enthusiasm and increase awareness around an upcoming product launch that is being led by an all-Black design collective, We Are Legends (WAL), along with a premier HBCU-inspired collection called The Yard. 

We developed a comprehensive strategy, including developing and distributing a global press release connected to the first time in the brand's 76-year history they had an all-Black design collective create a full line of apparel. A digital engagement strategy and targeted media outreach to spotlight the designers. We Are Legends celebrates Black culture through design and fashion. A name as well as an affirmation, We Are Legends aims to empower a new era of Black creatives through their three pillars of community, education, and donation. We played a pivotal role in the first time the WAL team shared their journey with the world and what it meant to be a part of the brand’s rich history.
